General Office Questions:
How do I find your new office?
Driving South on Hwy 101:
Take the exit 472B towards CA 116 East: Sonoma. Turn left onto Lakeville Highway. Make a sharp right onto Casa Grande Road. Turn left onto Technology Lane. Drive to the end of the road (there is a cul-de-sac) and turn left into the last driveway before the start of the walking path. Drive strait back and park. The office is on the left in Suit A3 (Orange Building). My office located inside the "Apex Realty Group" office, and you will see my sign on the side of the door as well.
Driving North on Hwy 101:
Take exit 472B towards CA 116 East: Sonoma. Turn left onto Lakeville Highway. Make a sharp right onto Casa Grande Road. Turn left onto Technology Lane. How do we contact you?
Please see "contact information."
Do you accept walk ins?
While walk in's are welcome (and we will do our best to fit you in), this is not the best way to assure an an appointment. Since I don't have a dedicated receptionist at this time, you may want to look at the online schedule or txt/call in to see if there is time to fit you in before you drive over.
Billing Questions:
Do you take insurance?
This office is mostly a "cash practice," but we are in network with a few insurance plans. If we are out of network with your insurance carrier and know you have out of network coverage, we can print a receipt for you to send in on your own. Please contact for further questions.
Do you take Medicare?
I am currently a "Non Participating" Medicare Provide for part B services. That means, on each visit we will collect our fee from you (set by Medicare) for the chiropractic adjustment. Then, we will bill Medicare for you. After you have met your deductible, Medicare will reimburse you 80% up to the dollar limits they set. If you have supplemental insurance, it may assume some or all of your 20% co-payment, annual deductible and excluded services. Since we are “non-par” office, any dealings with secondary/supplemental insurance is the patients responsibility.
Please note that Medicare only pays for some services. Payment for all other services are the responsibility of the patient.
