~Payment For Service~
We run a mostly cash practice (no PI/work comp cases, etc. at this time). We are, however, in network with a few insurance plans that contract through American Specialty Health. We are also a "non-participating" provider for Medicare insurance (payment is required upfront and Medicare reimburses any payment directly to you).
If you have "out of network" chiropractic coverage, payment is required upfront and my office can print out a receipt/superbill for you to submit to your insurance directly (any reimbursement will go directly to you). If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
Cash or check payment is always appreciated! We have a square reader in the office if you need to use your card for payment. If you schedule your appointment online you can also pay for your appointment during that transaction as well.

~First Visit~
Congratulations on your decision to take steps towards better health! We look forward to helping you on your path towards wellness!
During your first appointment you will have the initial intake paperwork to fill out. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete that. Then we will discuss your health history and do an exam of the area of complaint. Most clients will be adjusted after that, however, on rare occasions clients will need to be sent out for more testing first.
Please expect 30 minutes for the office visit (not including time for paperwork. Please arrive 10-15 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment to complete this).

~Follow Up Visits~
The second time you come in we discuss your care and how you felt after your first appointment. This will help us develop a care plan for you. Follow up office visit are usually scheduled for 15 minutes. Please discuss your care plan/type further with your doctor.
Three phases of care:
Three phases of care:
- Relief care: In this first phase of care, we focus on relief from your acute symptoms. This is usually the shortest phase of care, but it is common to need 1-5 adjustments in the first few weeks to help reduce your symptoms.
- Corrective care: This is the phase where the true healing begins. Once your symptoms have decreased, we follow up with corrective care to get to the root of the problem and help your body heal so symptoms don't continue to come back. This phase focuses on healing the chronic issues of the nervous system, skeletal system, and soft tissue. Corrective exercises and stretches may be given at this time as well.
- Wellness care: This part of care begins when your body has healed and is considered stable. Now we can work on keeping your nervous system clear and connected. It is common to get checked monthly to keep your body in optimum health. Just as we continue to get our dental check ups, or go to the gym consistently, this phase or care helps you function at your best. You can enjoy many of the long term benefits in this stage of care.
